Shipping Info/Mail Issues/Return and Exchange policy

SHIPPING-

My business is ran by my husband and I only. I also live 40 minutes from the post office. Shipping happens one day a week. Please expect anywhere from 3 days up to 14 days for your earrings to arrive. 

If you pay for faster shipping I will honor that but I still only ship one day a week. Usually mid-week around Wednesday but it really just depends on my schedule and what day I drive to town. 

You pay for actual shipping when you check out. I happily pay for insurance. 

LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL-

Every shipment is covered by insurance.

If you receive a  damaged item in the mail I will need pictures of packaging, proof of bubble wrap/proof that I packaged the item securely and pictures of the damaged product. 

If your package doesn't arrive. First check your emails for tracking information. Track your item. Call the post office. If you don't find success in any of that please contact me on Facebook or the chat button here. Unfortunately we will need to wait 30 days to file a claim. 

 

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS-

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any handmade items (feathers and beaded items) or edible mushrooms.

No refunds on any Made-to-Order items. We only offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit. Store credit can be used on any item on the website. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Store credit will not be issued until we receive the item.

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email shayfeathersemail@gmail.com with your order #, your name and address, the item you want to exchange and the reason. I will personally respond with a shipping return label and directions. 
  2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
